Victoria signed a deal to fight in the Atomweight division of the ONE Championship, at the age of 16, on September 30, 2020. She then made her first bot in the ONE Championship 129: Fists Of Fury event, on February 26, 2021. Lee defeated Sunisa Srisan in the second round.
On July 30, 2021, Lee made her second fight in the ONE Championship: Battleground event against Wang Luping. She won the bout by submission with a triangle armbar in the first round. Lee then fought Victoria Souza on September 24, 2021, at ONE Championship 143: Revolution. Lee won the fight through ground and pound in the second round.
